UK Shipping Rates

• Free UK shipping on all orders over £50 (2-3 business days)

• Tracked Second Class Delivery: £3.99 (2-3 business days)

• Tracked First Class Delivery: £5.99 (1-2 business days)

• Express Delivery: £7.99 (next working day)
  *Orders must be placed before 2pm between Monday to Thursday (Saturday delivery not guaranteed)​

 

European Shipping Rates

• Airmail, Tracked and Signed Delivery: £11.99 (3-8 business days)
  *Orders must be placed before 2pm between Monday to Thursday (Saturday delivery not guaranteed)​
  **If an item is returned to us by your local customs office, we can provide a refund minus any postage costs we have incurred. If an item is seized by your local customs office, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue.

International Shipping Rates

 

• Free international shipping on all orders over £200 (5-12 business days)

• Airmail, Tracked and Signed Delivery: £14.99 (5-12 business days)

  **If an item is returned to us by your local customs office, we can provide a refund minus any postage costs we have incurred. If an item is seized by your local customs office, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue. 

We try our best to accommodate your wishes and to be as flexible as possible. Please email us if you have any specific requirements on: info@thebelieveclub.com Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

 

UK Express & International deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card telling you where it is.

 

When placing your order online, you can specify a different delivery address to your payment address, if this is more convenient for you. All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

 

"Express" or "Standard" shipping doesn't change your position in the queue, it just changes how quickly your local postal service delivers your parcel.

Over the weekend we usually receive a lot of orders, and although the fulfilment team starts work on Sunday night to begin clearing the the orders and preparing your delivery, in very rare cases - such as a sale or unforeseen circumstance, your order may be shipped on a Tuesday.

Return & Exchange Policy

How to return your order

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email info@thebelieveclub.com or use the contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.

All returns/exchanges must be made no later than 14 days from when your shipment is received. All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment.

No refund will be accepted for any product after 14 days.

 

Vape Simple reserves the right to modify these terms/policies. You agree that you will regularly check and review these terms/policies to keep informed of any changes.

Faulty Items

Please send an email info@thebelieveclub.com immediately. Maximum returned postage will only be refunded of the amount charged by The Believe Club.

Incorrect Items

​

If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us immediately stating ‘incorrect item’. Once we have received the incorrect item we will then arrange to get your correct order resent via next day delivery and will
refund the postage.

 

Product Warranty

​

Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 12 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
